A True Irish Pub Experience in the Heart of Johnson City If you're looking for great food, genuine hospitality, and a place that makes you feel like a regular the moment you walk in, look no further than Mulligan's Gaming Pub in downtown Johnson City. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. Everyone we interacted with was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely happy to make sure we had a great experience. That kind of hospitality is hard to find and really sets this place apart. The food was outstanding. We started with the buffalo wings, which were crispy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The Irish salad was fresh and surprisingly hearty with beets, cucumber, cheese, croutons, and a perfectly cooked egg. For the main course, I had The Rachel, and it was one of the best I've ever had. The turkey was tender and plentiful, the Swiss cheese was perfectly melted, and the bread was grilled to perfection. The fries were hot, crispy, and seasoned just right. We couldn't leave without dessert, and the bread pudding absolutely lived up to the hype. Warm, rich, topped with vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, and a delicious whiskey caramel sauce, it was the perfect ending to the meal. The atmosphere is exactly what you hope for in an Irish pub. Warm wood floors, high ceilings, live music stage, military flags, comfortable seating, and an inviting neighborhood vibe that encourages you to stay awhile. Whether you're stopping in for dinner, drinks, live music, or just to relax with friends, Mulligan's delivers. If you're visiting Johnson City or you're a local looking for a new favorite spot, I can't recommend Mulligan's highly enough. Excellent food, stellar service, generous portions, and a welcoming atmosphere make this a place I'll definitely return to. Highly recommended!

This is a great family owned gaming pub. All ages can come in and eat. Lots of room to grab a game they have around the place and play. Even room for dancing when they have live music. Great menu of Irish food and a full bar to grab your favorite drink. We stop every time we come up from Nashville to visit the area.

The food here was delicious! Highly recommend stopping in for a pink cloud drink and the pub poutine. The Scottish eggs were also a unique appetizer to try, tasted great. They were short staffed but the service was still great so have some patience.

There were 6 of us, everyone loved the food. We ordered Scottish eggs, routine. Husband was wanting onion rings and soda bread for appetizer but was told that was for single order not to share with people. My husband ordered a large fish and chips but just got 2 pics of fish which was not enough for him. One didn't really care for the shaved steak sandwich...everyone loved their meal.
