Games included a sticker on the disc themselves. I specifically mentioned concern about it damaging the disc if removed but was told by the employee that it would not be an issue. I tried to remove the sticker, following instructions given by calling the store, and of course the sticker damaged the discs. When I called back, the employees seemed willing to help but it seems that the owner shut that down and completely refused to make up for their lies and scams. Would not shop here again if it was the last game store on earth.

Wonderful overall experience! Went in for the first time this week and had some games to trade in. Got very fair trade value for the games and was able to get a couple killer titles with the trade credit! They have a great selection, good prices, and their games are in top notch condition. This place is way better than Entertainmart and I plan on doing my retro game shopping here from now on! Also the employees were incredibly helpful and kind. The only thing that I really don’t understand is the “warranty” stickers they place on their games. It’s not a big deal for me as I’m more of a casual collector, but I could see how this would be a big downside for other more serious collectors. Overall though I’m very pleased with my experience here!

I can look past high prices when purchasing from a physical store, but why would you put a sticker on games? And not your regular price sticker that you often find on cases, but an ugly, branded, intentionally destructive "void" sticker right on the disc. Unfortunately I've never encountered this and didn't notice the sticker even though I always open the case to check the back of the disc. You already have every single game in locked cabinets or behind the counter. I'm certain it would take less work to keep CDs seperate if security is such a high priority. The only conclusions I can come to are extreme incompetence or malice. Either way I won't be back nor will I recommend this store to anyone. Just about every other store I've been to in the denver/springs area is preferable to this.

If you’re a game collector stay far away from this place. Bought a few GameCube games and they felt the need to put void stickers around the discs (undoubtedly lowers the value of said game, yet they are still charging premium prices). I have no issue paying high prices like the ones at Midnight Games because I like supporting local businesses, but if they are going to put void stickers on all the discs then I have no desire to continue supporting this business. Drive the few extra miles to Game City in Monument. EDIT: just read some of the owner’s replies and I can’t believe how condescending this guy is. “We offer sticker removal 101”, how about you don’t put the stickers on in the first place??? What is this guy’s problem? I just know this guy is thinking “I know we’re defacing games, but at least we get advertisement wherever this disc goes”, yeah I’d rather my disc say “VOID” than have the address of your terrible business.

DO NOT SHOP HERE. The only reason I'm not giving 1 star is because their selection of retro games and trading cards is decent. I regularly come here just to look at their Magic The Gathering products. Today I went in and noticed they were selling Spider-Man Welcome decks for $30!! For reference: These are explicitly NOT meant for resale and are supposed to be handed out to new players for FREE to get people into the game. Selling them for money at all is STRICTLY forbidden by Wizards of The Coast and EXTREMELY scummy. Par for the course with this store though. They purchase all their products online under market price and then sell them at exorbitantly higher prices than their actual value. They were selling a $20 Magic card for $40, and when I asked "are you guys willing to come anywhere near market price?" the guy just said "nah not really". Worst gaming store in town. You're better off going to Video Game Exchange, Dungeons and Javas, or even Entertainmart at this point, and you know it's bad when I'm recommending people shop at Entertainmart.
