I'm not sure who specifically worked on my DSi for repairs, but I just wanted to say thank you for your work! I brought in my DSi last Friday for a microphone and battery replacement, and was told the technician was out for the weekend which is completely fine, and was told it'll be looked at on Monday. Monday comes around and it's ready to be picked up. Excellent price on the repair, great communication from the staff that I talked to on Friday, and an overall great experience.

Friendly Hellos 👋🏿, and Great Customer Service..I've been here 4 times (this year) and always find a hidden Gem..Vinyl, Video Game or Classic Movie on LaserDisc. Prices are fair, and pre-owned items are in good to near perfect condition. I'll spend my money here for physical media and to support local business in my community.

Media Reload in Utica is an amazing place to explore. You’ll be surprised by how many great items they have, including video games, movies, Blu-rays, magazines, comics, game art books, anime, and manga figures. I was really happy to find this store and enjoyed hunting for unique and rare items at great prices. It’s also a great spot to earn points and get free rewards.

Definitely my favorite card shop. Love that they don't upcharge insane amounts for pokemon. We drive 30 minutes there, bc they offer fair deals. Their used singles selection is awesome. My son and I take forever looking at them, and everyone is always so patient and kind every.single.time. The store itself kind of gives off an 80's/90's nostolgic vibe that I really enjoy!
