Outstanding service and fair prices. They took my call twice in one morning to help me add to an order and upgrade my shipping after I had placed the order incorrectly. The expedited shipping was out the morning of my order. The communication was great. I will definitely be back here the next time I need anything related to keyboards.

Visited the store and talked to the employees as the mechanical keyboard niche is a lot deeper than I thought for 2026. They helped guide me to a lot of different keyboards, ones for business or ones for a clean feel and ease of maintenance. Bought a Evoworks 80 Keyboard here. Wireless and bluetooth would not work when at home, tried everything to get it working with only wired working. Went back to the store, they were unable to get bluetooth or wireless to work. Received refund and was able to order a better keyboard same day. They really helped me all the way through the purchase process and I came out of the store with a lot better idea of mechanical keyboards as well.

I purchased a Keychron K5 from the Fairview location. The staff was helpful, professional, and they made the buying process easy. Unfortunately, I experienced issues with the keyboard’s Bluetooth connection. It disconnected multiple times over a three-day period, and despite extensive troubleshooting, the problem persisted. I contacted customer support to request a return. They were responsive and professional, and they provided a return shipping label quickly. However, I only received a partial refund. Since the issue could not be replicated by their staff, I was charged a 20% restocking fee as well as a $23.59 return label fee. Because of the return policy and fees, I would not recommend purchasing directly from this company. I suggest buying from a vendor with a more reasonable return policy. This was my first and last purchase from them.

I ordered online from them on a Thursday in September (from Canada) and I received the keyboard the next day. I was super impressed by the shipping speed and was happy to get my keyboard so quickly. They also offer options for different switches which was great. Very happy with my Leopold keyboard!

Such a great shop! We stopped in for the first time today looking for a keyboard and ended up leaving with two! They have such a nice display layout of all their products. Justin was super friendly and has extensive knowledge on all of the products. We will definitely be visiting again soon!
