Stumbled upon this awesome retro video game store. Great selection of games and collectible cards. Super friendly staff and very helpful. Awesome little place with some good game and console/handheld selection and with plenty of room to play some card games if you are into that sort of thing. Bro at the counter held the game I was looking for after calling multiple stores and getting no response or out of stock remarks and he gave me a very fair price for it compared to some of those other stores that are selling without the same level of quality control and giving out some of the junkiest, bottom of the drawer, copies of games(*cough, cough* GameStop I’m looking at you). Definitely worth checking this store out if you haven’t, they might just have what you wanted all along. Located right across the street from the Folsom DMV.

The owner Melvin is super kind and personable. He spent a lot of time with me and my friends giving good recommendations and teaching us about magic the gathering. He also hosts frequent game nights and does a great job of creating a fun play centric atmosphere. I highly recommend this place if you’re into classic video games, looking for pokemon cards or other card game merchandise.
