Liam's Cards and Games

My experience here was awful. To put it simply, the staff was extremely rude. I walk in, and nobody said anything as I walked in, which isn’t my problem. The overall mood of the store was very, very awkward. When I told the staff that I would like to trade in some cards, they acted uninterested, and it almost seemed as though they were pissed off that I asked them that. However, the boss was super nice. Though he was in his office, he said that they can’t take the cards at the moment. But I felt like the workers should’ve told me that instead of saying nothing at all. Also, the Pokemon cards are extremely overpriced. I get the hype around Pokemon right now, but charging that much for 2 sets that nobody really wants is ridiculous. I mean it’s just glorified scalping.

Great prices, great cards. If I lived in town, this would be my go-to card shop. I plan on visiting every time I visit.

Lots of cards from different games to look through. However, one member of staff has been quite rude to my family and I on multiple occasions. She is not at all knowledgeable about any of the merchandise sold or any games played there, and has attempted to overcharge us due to her confusion. That is, if you can even get her off of her phone to assist you at the register. Asking any questions seems to ruin her day. Despite my concerns with the staff, there’s a great amount of Lorcana and Magic for new and old players, and I have had some great interactions here.

Tyler is super friendly and welcoming to each customer and really goes the extra mile to give individual service! At Liams they have a great selection along with great competitive prices! They also have an excellent variety of store events and leagues as well ranging from Magic to Pokemon and Lorcana with promos and prizes too! Many Thanks and Best Wishes Tyler and Co.! =^..^=

Bought 4 of the 151 Pokemon poster collection boxes this weekend, one for each of my sons. They all got great pulls! Each box had at least one EX holo, a regular holo & some reverse holos. They each came with a set of Charmander, Bulbasaur & Squirtle holo promo cards too, which the kids love! Great value for $15 a box, thanks guys!
