Level Up Games

AMAZING! If you go here you won’t regret it. Em helped us and she was awesome! I can’t recommend this place enough. I brought my kids here to get some cards and they are very family friendly. Em is the sweetest person and deserves a raise!

Great experience, went in looking for sleeves for our cards and we were helped by two lovely people who pointed us in the direction we needed to go and subsequently checked us out after we got our items everyone was absolutely respectful helpful and kind, it was my first time inside and I will definitely be returning. Highly highly recommend for their exceptional customer service and outstanding amazing and kind attitudes. It felt like a safe space to be.

A place that helped increase my Pokémon collection over the months. However, previous reviews noted that the workers there are inattentive and I’m inclined to agree. I walked in not a half-hour ago hoping to purchase an Pokémon Center ETB with cash I was saving only to find out it was listed wrong on their own personally managed website. I don’t know how someone could make that kind of mistake with products so sought out and expensive, but I was greatly disappointed with their self-inflicted blunder. Walked out without making a purchase. Hopefully in the future, they’ll have more of a watchful eye when stocking and labeling their products.

This shop has predatory behavior for customers. They overpirce products above what the regular market price would be and get upset once you tell them about it. I recommend not going inside and going to a different card shop because once youre inside, your nostalgia of collecting cards will have you buying something even though it will be cheaper elsewhere.

I feel super bummed to leave such a bad review for a place that's typically filled with people I enjoy being around. But unfortunately Level Up is also filled with some people and decisions that ruin the enjoyment. A good chunk of the staff are really nice! The other chunk is rather short with you, to be blunt. It's these employees that make me feel like I'm rushed when looking at their stock, or make me feel genuinely the opposite of welcomed. I'd say even worse than that is the prices. I'm fully aware that a stores gotta make a profit to run, but Level Up seems like they're going for a sprint. Especially with Riftbound and Magic, I actually found Level Up to be the most expensive store I've found in my 4 years of TCG store browsing. Putting aside my other concerns, like very low stock for TCG accessories, the store feeling very empty, etc. I really think above the prices even, it's the people that are keeping me from probably ever coming back. Check out Games and Stuff right down the road. It's incredible!
