I just wanted to give a HUGE shoutout to Nick and Dylan at Level Seven Games this past weekend! 🥹 I literally walked in just to browse, and somehow ended up having the best interaction. I was being completely silly about the Funko I was getting and definitely embarrassed myself a little 😂 — but they were both so kind and made me feel completely comfortable being my goofy self. And the best part? I was originally only going to grab two Funkos, but they made sure I knew about the 3 for $40 deal that was going on and helped me get the third one so I could actually take advantage of the deal! It’s little interactions like this that make shopping somewhere so much more enjoyable. Thank you guys for being awesome, making me laugh, and looking out for your customers! 🖤🎮✨ Definitely appreciate you both!

This store is my favorite videogame store in the Denver Metro area and doubly so in the Lakewood area. The staff here absolutely care about their customers and are tremendously knowledgeable about old systems, game prices, and even pop culture and trading card questions. You should absolutely give them a visit and give these guys some of your business. In a world of Amazon and tech giants dominating videogame resale markets, consider level 7 and their wonderfully kind staff. A huge shout out to Hunter for helping me with my PSP battery replacement questions!

Ryan has been AMAZINGLY helpful and knowledgeable! Everyone I've dealt with at Level 7 has been great but Ryan really impressed me. He was patient and thorough when I had cards to sell and I left with cash and a few pointers, since I'm not a player. Thx Ryan! 😊

I’ve only ever had positive experiences here until recently. All 4 locations. Between denying returns for store credit (games freezing) and being sold unusable Chinese controllers and refusing return because they “technically work” is wild stuff. By technicality i understand what they are saying however - they can’t walk in a straight line or complete a single mission using said controllers because the sticks are so unresponsive / dead. Yet they “work”. $60 down the drain and now have a ps3 with no working controllers. A+ Shop. C- customer service. NEVER accept these (pictured) controllers from any location - they have square dead zones and are the cheapest Chinese bulk buy option. Renders all fps games unplayable.

I live just a few blocks away and find myself stopping in after work more often than I probably should. The staff is always great, Ryan and Dylan especially have been incredibly helpful and patient, even while my daughter asks for the price of just about everything she sees. It’s a really welcoming environment, and you can tell they genuinely care about customers. Definitely one of my favorite local spots to stop by.
