Had a great experience getting Pokémon cards with my son last weekend at the Fort Eddy Rd location. The service was great. The selection was great and the prices were just right!

I communicated with Justin over the phone and through store chat prior to visiting the store. I was trying to sell Pokémon cards that had some value. He was informative on how they did things and even gave me a rough price on one card in particular. I visited the store today to get an offer on over 30 cards. Justin was fair for how they had to price cards in order for them to re sell. The one card in particular which was valued at $525 over the phone he then offered $560 after seeing its condition. All in all, he was honest, fair, patient, and informative and I walked away very happy with the outcome! I’ll be coming back again!

I got three 5 dollar games for 9.98 because they have a buy one get one free. Employee was very nice helped me see if the game was in stock. Would recommend

Staff are really friendly and approachable. Its refreshing to have a place where I can get my littles pokemon cards that isnt absolutely ransacked by balding middle aged scalpers. This place sells sealed pokemon TCG packs at reasonable prices and also sells opened assorted packs pretty cheap, no you wont get a shiny charizard in those packs but you can get your kindergartener a bunch of cards for just a few bucks (15 for $1, 50 for $3, 500 for $15). I recommend this place to other parents in concord area who are looking to get pokemon cards for their littles without it feeling like every day is a black friday mob.

I went in today to trade in an Xbox and was given more than expected for a cash trade. The staff and atmosphere was great . You can tell they are about the products they sell and the customer service was superb. Don’t waste your time at GameStop if your looking for fair trade this is the spot ,
