KABOOM

The woman who checked me out was completely and utterly rude to me. I purchased singles and there were no staff nearby or signs indicating where to go after my purchase. She then preceded to belittle me, a fully grown adult, about how I was supposed to go about my purchase. Absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable. Not to mention the lack of space and horrendous layout of the store. Even with all their expansions, there is no room for anyone to move around. Will not be bothering to come here ever again. If my purchase is an inconvenience to you, then I'll take my money somewhere else, thank you.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Kaboom is seriously one of those places that just gets it. The atmosphere is fun welcoming and full of energy without ever feeling overwhelming. Whether you’re into Pokémon Magic The Gathering Lorcana collectibles or just looking for something new to get into there is always something worth checking out. The staff is knowledgeable helpful and actually takes the time to make you feel welcome instead of just trying to make a sale. You can tell there is a real community behind this place and that is what makes it stand out. Great selection great events great people and always something exciting happening. Definitely one of my favorite local spots and absolutely deserving of five stars.

Great inventory, nice staff, love the new arcade area! Pokemon and Godzilla pinball!

Everyone was very polite and helpful. Knowledgeable about the products. Clean store with lots to choose from. Laptops are out to search for products in-store and identify prices. I purchased three yugioh packs, a new MLP ccg pack, and two dragon shield deck boxes. Highly recommend for anyone in the area that collects trading cards. They also have a nice selection of Pokemon merch and Warhammer products.

What a wonderful little hidden gem here in Va beach! Stopped in because my boyfriend collects Pokémon cards and I ended up finding a fun hobby for myself collecting Lorcana cards. So Fun! Had some great beginners luck and pulled an iconic Ariel from Lorcana! That was an epic day I will never forget, couldn’t WAIT to show the staff ! I knew they would be just as excited as me! Speaking of the staff , They are amazing!! so professional, kind and super fun to chat with. They make you feel like a part of the kaboom family and that is important to me. Great job kaboom! To top it off . They have a claw machine and some pinball machines as well. Definitely found my spot to let the big kid out in me! Wish I would have found you sooner lol . 1,000 % recommend! Thanks kaboom and staff for putting smiles on our faces every time we walk in the door !
