I LOVE this place, I've been going here since their old location next to Guitar Center. But unfortunately, I recently had a bad experience. I went in looking for some suggestions for some portable games for an upcoming vacation. One game suggested to me by a person working there was a dice game called Chessex Cup-O-Dice. I got it home and was disappointed to find that I had spent $20 for literally just a cup and 6 six-sided dice. The instructions inside contained the rules for one classic dice game, and a QR code to get more game instructions. The QR code was simply a link to a website that gave you rules for classic dice games. Nothing special. I can't blame Just For Fun for a lame game, but they did recommend it. A few weeks later, I brought the game back to the store asking if I could exchange it. I didn't have my receipt anymore, so they wouldn't let me do it. Also lame. Not a huge loss, but just a disappointing experience. I'm writing this to encourage others to use some critical thinking if a game they recommend seems kind of lame. It just might be.

Really safe, family friendly, educational, warm, inviting atmosphere. Mike, Anna, and Bob are top tier. They are one of a kind and extremely helpful. They welcome everyone in with open arms. They provide a great place for people to be themselves, have fun, and connect. Truly a great pillar in the community. On top of an amazing selection of inventory. Thank yall for doing what yall do!

Went to Just For Fun Game Shop in Peoria, IL to get my Command and Colors Star Wars Battle of Hoth by Richard Borg!!!! I LOVE THIS STORE!!! It has a great selection of game from all genres! I got to stop in and day HI and talk a little to the Warhammer 40k, Bolt Action and Heroscape people!!! They were friendly as always! As was the staff at Fun For Games! Great place to be! I wish I wasn't over 1.5 hours driving distance away.

There are lots of board games you can choose from, RPGs, different paints and anything that you would need for your nerdy desires. They hold weekly game nights just call for information. Also was impressed by the employees actually knowing about the products in the store.
