Just Games

Exceptional customer service! My family lives in New York, but unfortunately I don’t. Regardless, I shop online at Just Games Rochester because the deals are great. Not only are the deals great, but they handle their online customers as well as their in store customers. There was a minor shipping fee issue in my order. I emailed them and explained the issue. In less than an hour, they responded and refunded the money with a personal note—incredible! Will definitely continue to come back.

Great selection, friendly staff, and has an amazing vibe inside. If you are on the fence about looking at a hobby store for warhammer 40K items, stop in here. They have much more than a small retail selection. Their warhammer rep is knowledgeable and more than helpful when looking at items. Worth a stop inside!

Small venue, big game! My son loves this place. MTG is his game and he prefers the smaller size and friendlier feel vs. Millennium Games. From my experience everyone is highly knowledgeable and inclusive to all. If your looking for friends and gaming this feels like the spot. Plenty of board games to rent as well! Great chance to play games that are expensive. Great way to see if the investment is worth it.

My teenage son loves attending events here! Super welcoming and friendly. You can also rent games here if you're looking to try something new (rental price turns into a store credit if you return on time!). Absolutely recommend checking this place out if you're into gaming and/or board games!

Welcomed immediately when I walked in. Greeted with enthusiasm and genuine joy by staff. In particular, Kaitlyn. Amazing human! They had a Christmas special happening with mystery boxes! I purchased one of the $100 minis focused box and was blown away by the contents. Highly recommend this location and am hopeful to shop and play more with this amazing community.
