J2Games.com

My husband visited for the first time a couple of days ago and we will definitely be back. The store manager, Ivan, was super kind to us even though we came in slightly before closing. We appreciated his patience so my husband could make a quick purchase. It was his birthday that day and he had been wanting to check this place out. Next time we’ll come with more time to look at everything :)

As a passionate Riftbound player, I've been on the hunt for local game stores that are in a good location, treat players with respect, and have an amazing community. I can without a doubt confirm that J2 in Manalapan meets all criteria. Ever since Riftbound launched in October 2025, I have been attending the local "Nexus Nights" here most Fridays as long as I am available. Syn and Marcus are incredible hosts and every week the vibes are truly immaculate. Some of the players who attend weekly drive 45-60 minutes just to play here which goes to show how positive the community and store is. Even though the store is not your typical "trading card" game store, the events they host are on par, if not above average compared to other TCG stores in the area. Although I personally don't play other TCGs, I've heard their Lorcana and Mtg/cEDH events are superb, and they also have weekly DnD sessions which I've heard are a blast as well! In conclusion, I highly recommend J2Games Manalapan to anyone who's interested in the Riftbound TCG scene as well as retro-gaming scene. TL;DR: J2 manalapan great 10/10 highly recommend

I’ve been going to j2 for about a year now and I have to say they have amazing employees that work for them. Ivan and Marcus are always super helpful and friendly and I enjoy finding new Skylanders every time they get them in stock. If you are looking for anything retro this store is for you.

Phenomenal store! I highly recommend this J2Games out of all the other game stores in Jersey. The staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

Absolutely phenomenal store and amazing staff. I highly recommend coming here, regardless of how out of the way it is. Very worth it!! No game store in the area compares to J2Games!!
