HydroPump

Hydropump Pokeshop is hands down the best card store on the east coast! They have an amazing selection and fantastic customer service that made shopping here a total blast. I was able to pick up some Pokemon products for my son at a great price, which made his day. On top of that, their preorder process is seamless—I preordered Pitch Black and had it delivered right to my doorstep on release day! Whether you're local or ordering online, I can't recommend this shop enough. We'll definitely be back!

Worse experience ever with ordering online from them !! Spent over 168$ dollars on Lorcana just for them to not arrive at my doorstep!! Scam Scam scam do not buy from them I contacted there “ customer service “ ironically they say they prioritize customer service and fact is they don’t care after you order from them Terrible!!! Terrible customer service when reporting a concern Definitely will be sharing this on other platforms Do better and take ownership of The carriers you use to ship your items !!! Do right by your customers and make it right As I explained customers shouldn’t be pawned off to a carrier used by your store to send the items the customer purchased

TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE IF THEY LIKE POKÉMON! I cannot say enough about this store. Every time I have taken my 6 yo son here, the staff have been incredibly accommodating, even when they’re busy. I mean, hand sorting cards looking for his 1 or 2 favorite cards that are within his price range of tooth fairy money. On top of that, the other customers are always so kind, patient, and excited to see kids in there looking at the same stuff they are and talking about the cards and characters. I refuse to buy him anything Pokémon from anywhere else.

I ordered online and forgot to select shipping. The staff was extremely responsive and patient while working with me to correct the order. Online shop is so well managed and organized and very easy to search for what I needed. In person, their selection is incredible as well. They have excellent displays with amazing cards, an incredible bulk selection with some fun cards and even some vintage bulk with a great variety! I’ve recently been visiting a wide variety of card shops in the eastern NC area but this place is in a tier of its own. If you’re nearby or even just looking online, I highly recommend them. Even if you’re not nearby, its worth the drive.

I was visiting friends in the area and I was curious about the HydroPump Pokéshop shop so we went to check it out. It is an awesome local spot for Pokémon fans. They have a great selection of cards, products, and games, with prices that are noticeably cheaper than what I’ve found elsewhere in the area. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and genuinely knowledgeable, which makes shopping and asking questions a lot more fun. Whether you’re a serious collector or just getting into the hobby, this is absolutely the place to go. Five stars all the way!
