Hub City Collectibles

Hub City Collectibles is one of the few gems in Lubbock. Jordan and Brandon are beyond helpful and welcoming as soon as you walk in. They have a massive selection of pokemon products from old sets to the newest ones. On top of that, they have some of the best deals I have seen in a while. If you or anyone you know has any interest in pokemon then this is a must stop shop, and you'll met some of the coolest people!

We had such a great experience at Hub City Collectibles! Trish was incredibly helpful and took the time to help my son pick out the Pokémon cards he needed for his deck. They had a huge selection to choose from, and the prices were really reasonable!

We love hub city! great customer service, friendly staff, Joseph and Britt are always willing to help me find whatever cards I’m hunting! They offer competitive pricing on Pokemon and One Piece! Such a great store!

This is not just a shop, it’s a place to go with your kids, a place to chat, a place to play TCG and a place to make memories! Joseph, Brittany, the literal Owner and Everyone that works in there makes me and my kids feel like family! We appreciate having a shop like this in Lubbock! Hub City Collectibles AKA The Goat Shop! Btw Pic is of me and my daughter in there when we went to play in there pokemon play league!

I enjoyed visiting the shop. There was a misunderstanding when I asked if $35 cash would work on a $36 card, and I was told yes. I understood that as $35 total, but tax was added at checkout, which made the final price higher than expected. I realize I should have clarified whether tax was included. I decided to back out of the purchase and apologized for the confusion. The transaction had already been processed, so I understand there was a fee involved, and I appreciate the refund. Afterward, I was told not to ever come back. I wasn’t trying to cause any issues—this was simply a miscommunication. It’s a shame things ended that way, and I’m sorry for how it played out. I’m leaving 5 stars because I don’t think this reflects the shop overall, and I wish the business the best. I was looking forward to trade night. NEW UPDATE!!!!!!! The owner claims to state, ‘Do not ever come back today,’ clarifying that it is a 24-hour ban and not permanent. Thanks you for the support everyone.
