Hidden collectibles

Tien (sp?) helped me as I picked a bunch of cards from their binders and priced them for me. Some of the cards I wanted were difficult to price, but he did his best to research. in the end I only walked out with 4 cards (some prices were too steep for me) but I still appreciated all the effort and care. The store itself has a good selection of Pokemon (both singles and sealed, didn’t see too many slabs though). And the environment was lively on a Sunday.

This store has been a space for me to hang with my friends, meet new ones, and interact with kind, friendly and helpful staff who genuinely care! Getting into new TCG? They can absolutely help. Looking for somewhere to sell all your cards, big and small? They are always buying! 10/10 amazing location and store, my #1 and soon to be yours too!

Just came in with my 5 year old to get his first pack he was paying for. Everyone was so nice and he even hooked him up with his first slab! I didn’t get the two gentlemen’s names which I feel bad about but I’ll be back. Will be a lifelong customer. Thank you guys so much for making it a memorable experience for my son!

I don’t normally leave reviews, but Hidden Collectibles in Orange County absolutely earned this one. I came in needing to sell some Pokémon cards because life has been hitting me pretty hard financially. I wasn’t expecting miracles, I just wanted someone to be honest with me and give me a fair deal. From the moment I walked in, Tien treated me with respect. He took his time going through every card instead of rushing me out the door. He explained everything, answered my questions, and genuinely wanted to make sure I got the best deal possible. You can tell he actually cares about the people who walk into the store, not just the transaction. What really stood out to me was that they listened to my situation. They didn’t have to. They could’ve just made an offer and sent me on my way, but instead they worked with me and made the whole experience feel personal. They even helped make sure my son got to keep the cards that meant the most to him, which honestly meant more to me than they probably realize. A huge thank you as well to the supervisor (I think his name was Logan the one with the tattoos). He was just as friendly, respectful, and helpful. The entire staff made us feel welcome. We ended up walking out with close too $500, kept the majority of my son’s collection, and left feeling like we had been treated fairly. That’s a win in my book. I’ve read some of the negative reviews, and after my experience, I genuinely don’t understand them. Maybe some people walk in expecting retail prices when they’re selling to a business, but that’s just not how buying collections works. I felt like I was treated honestly, fairly, and with kindness every step of the way. Thank you, Tien, and everyone at Hidden Collectibles. You helped my family more than you know. I’ll definitely be back, and I’ll recommend your shop to anyone looking for people who actually care.

Hands down the best card shop I’ve ever been too!! The staff is what makes me want to come back and spend all my money! Super helpful if I have any question about anything!!! And on top of that the collection they have from boxes to packs to single is top tier!!!!
