Heroines & Heroes

The proprietors were extremely friendly and helpful. The gentleman who helped me was as excited as I was to find the books I wanted! I plan on becoming a regular customer.

Hidden Gem I found!! What an amazing selection of everything!! I’m a comic book kid born in the 80’s! So nice to see a great variety of comics and also the staff is definitely knowledgeable and very friendly! Prices are very reasonable and I actually got a free comic book issue #1 with my purchase! Thanks Heroines and Heroes!! I can spend all day in this store!

This is one of my favorite gaming stores because of their excellent selection of board games, warhammer 40k stuff, figurines, you name it, but what I am into most lately is the DCC (Dungeon Crawler Classics) series, and Heroines keeps a good stock of individual campaigns and some of the larger DCC box sets available. The owner and staff are always friendly, and the space is much larger on the inside than it looks, making it a good venue for the events they have scheduled (the store is located inside what used to be a public library branch). They also have a decent selection of books and graphic novels, many of which are fantasy or scifi oriented.

Very well organized with an excellent selection of board games, comics, and graphic novels. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

Great service and amazing prices. I bought some talisman expansions that most people have marked the price up on a rediculous amount but Andrew is still selling MSRP instead of exploiting his fellow nerds.
