Heroes Hideout

I'm 75% sold on this place. I've visited this shop multiple times in the last few months. When you walk in the ladies behind the counter are super attentive, even some of the gentlemen. My hang-up is the prices.. as others have spoken on. It does seem they like to sell at the top of the TCG listings, regardless of prior sales with very little wiggle. The other thing is the helpfulness over the phone. I call and ask if they are expecting inventory so I'm aware. It's a 50/50 shot on if I'm gonna get someone that answers and isn't annoyed that I'm calling to ask or just tells me "no" and waits for me to get off the phone. I'm hoping my experience changes to a 5 star rating in the future but we will see.

Walked in the store to get pokemon cards priced. The stares you get was like what are you doing here. And the service was like. This is what we can give you which was little for what a had a 1st base blastoise, 1st base Charizard, 2nd base venusaur plus and dark blastoise and a gengar 1st base holo and they told me $150 and that was the owner so I passed after that he told me "well it ain't going to hurt my feelings". As I was leaving I went ahead and bought 2 packs which all they had was perfect order and after I bought them they cut both packs with scissors and I was shocked. I asked why they told me because of resale and I was like you just took away the joy of opening It and maybe even damaging the cards. Pluse they never have anything In stock just whatever is $75 or up. Employees also have their friends there so it's also hard to get any fast service maybe after Three or four friend conversations that last 10 minutes each then maybe. Or even at that your just invisible and they only see their friends. Please knowledge and great customer training is needed. And to the owner No scapers deals in the store it looks very unprofessional. Dont believe other reviews some are friends and family trying to support the place. And probably hook em up with free stuff. Pathetic.

Awesome spot whether you are a beginner, a player or collector. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable in the various games and collecting. This is a great place to be an active part of this community and there is room here for everyone. I like coming on the various game nights to learn and to play officially Pokemon, Magic, One Piece, Yugio and Digi! Come check them out as I noted a wonderful selection of cards and game related merch.

Absolutely amazing customer service! Came with my wife and son today, wanted to see if there were decent prices one piece cards and there were. My son wanted to get a pokemon ball from the $1 machine (he's 4) but there were some issues. The 2 ladies there were busy but took turns coming to see if everything was okay, while trying to get my son to laugh. They made sure we were good all while battling a line and with smiles on their faces! Thank you so much for making sure my son was happy and I'll definitely come back!!

I have been shopping here for collectibles and playing my hobby Dragon Ball for months now and the staff is EXTREMELY helpful! Josh, Corinne, Mario, Lorenzo and Bender are a great team! Very friendly and helpful. Quick to answer questions. They provide great insight and offer great pricing! I bought these beautiful cards for a great deal! I will be returning and supporting this local business.
