Hero's Quest Collectables

Please read until end for full update: Attempted to sell Funko Pops—communication was slow and required multiple follow-ups. We agreed on two separate meetups, and both times Hero's Quest did not show. While polite in his initial messages, the lack of follow-through made the process frustrating. I’d recommend going directly to the storefront rather than arranging a meetup. Update: Seller later responded and placed blame on me for not visiting the store to drop off my pops. After I responded, we had a much more constructive conversation. He was dealing with an overbooked schedule at the time I initially reached out. After trying to plan a meet-up, he went out of his way to come to me and pick up the Funko Pops. He was extremely pleasant to chat with and fair with his negotiation. I would suggest dropping your items off at the store rather than trying to arrange a meetup. That said, the seller is very willing to work things out when he makes a mistake. I'm very happy we were able to end on a good note and I can leave a 5-star review for his business.

One of the most genuine owners of a card shop that I have come across, everything is priced fairly within and under market value. Always wants people at the shop playing whatever card game they have available. Definitely a hidden gem of a shop.

This game store is awesome welcoming and feels like home away from home. From old games and collectibles to Pokémon and magic he's got it all. Great customer service.

Fantastic store with lots of options! Owners are wonderful and have great personalities. I have had nothing but positive experiences here and highly recommend.

i’ve never really reviewed anywhere before, but i feel compelled this time. i went with my brother and his girlfriend cause they’re nerds. not saying i’m not, just a different kind of nerd. for starters, we came looking for pokémon cards. the store had a lot of stuff around, and it was a nice collection of, well, collectibles. my brother and his gf were looking around for a while. in that time, the shop owner was speaking to us about his son in the army when he learned my mother was a veteran. let me tell ya, this guy was amazing. totally helpful, very kind, had a very nice aura of friendliness as he helped us. he would periodically point out some stuff he had, all in relation to my brother and his gf’s interest in pokémon. though i didn’t find anything that i was too interested, i wanted to give a shout out to this hidden gem.
