Great Escape Adventures - Buffalo

I made an order to this enterprise back in july 16th, and it was for a baneblade I paid for the item through a pay pal payment and I waited 2 weeks and it never came in. So I emailed them and did get some responses saying the order was paid for and then that It didnt. I provided my receipt my banking card number and bank statement showing I was charged. After doing all that I didnt get any response for another week, so I made a request to get a refund because I was on my last day to do so otherwise i couldnt get a claim in. And after that happened I got another email saying it was shipped but once again the tracking number didnt work. So if the package for some reason shows up ill pay for it through the resolution center. But I have a feeling it wasnt sent and they caught that before it was shipped. I just hoped they would be quicker to respond and settle the issue because I went through alot of hurdles to get my money back and had my faith tested over a toy. I also didnt get my money back for the shipping/ taxes that I paid for. So I personally think their is something wrong with their website so if you can avoid it do, otherwise you'll go through what i did.

If you're a Warhammer fan or a fan of tabletop board games and miniatures, this is definitely the place for you! Lots of fabulous characters to pick from and a huge variety of games. Lots of supplies for painting your models!

I walked into the store looking to buy some Magic the Gathering play booster packs. After learning the prices I saw, that it was a rip off. How are you not giving box prices on sealed booster boxes. Booster packs should not be priced out individually for a product that is fully sealed. You guys charge $260 for final fantasy play booster sealed boxes when they can be bought on TCG player for $165. You guys are straight ripping people off. And then I saw another person asking about a Magic Ninja turtles bundle and it was $20 more than every other cardstore in the local area. Pretty wild to do such a disservice to people that are helping your business survive in a market where there are quite a few cardstores. SMH.

Usually like this store, but I drove to the mall specifically to go here today for a gift I really needed and they were closed, despite the hours saying they’re open online. No signage posted. I tried to wait 15-20 minutes and still no one showed up. Still one of the better gaming stores so I decided to change it to 5 stars. This was not my usual experience here

Great gaming experience. The staff is very kind, knowledgeable and always willing to help. All kinds of fun events make this an exceptional store. I have spent many hours at paint night. Fellow painters are friendly, accepting and funny. I have also played both Warhammer 40K and Age of Sigmar here. Many people come over to say hello and ask questions. The staff has always been incredibly supportive. The selection of paints and Warhammer figures is second to none in the Buffalo area. Stop in and see for yourself!
