I’m in the area for training and someone recommended this card shop, so I figured I’d stop in and check it out. They had an okay selection of modern Pokémon cards, but I found that the prices on most cards were above current market value by a good margin. The younger gentleman working behind the counter was friendly and did work with me on pricing, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the older lady standing behind the counter gave off a very irritated attitude throughout my interaction with him, including several dirty looks that made the experience feel uncomfortable. I’ve never really understood why card shops will buy cards based on a percentage of market value, but when a customer asks to purchase at market value (not even below market) it suddenly becomes necessary to factor in their overhead. I understand businesses need to make money, but the pricing felt inconsistent. Overall, they have a decent selection of modern Pokémon cards, and the younger employee was helpful, but the pricing and overall customer service experience left a lot to be desired.

Its a nice store but if you go in, you *need* to talk to one of the younger staff. The older lady, likely the owner, almost doesn't seem to care to sell stuff, knows little about product, and for a hobby store, smells way too strongly of cigarette smoke

If youre going to be attending customers. Change the attitude. No need to be nasty to paying customers. Damaged cards at top price is crazy.

I usually go in here once a week, After my last visit with the younger lady behind the counter, I will not be returning. Had four cards pulled out of her case one of which was damaged other had whitening on the back both cards were listed top dollar full price and she rudely told me prices are firm and I don’t have to buy them if I don’t want them. I’ve been a customer for a long time All done now. This was not the first time I’ve dealt with attitude in the store, There is plenty of other card stores to take your business too. Where you’ll be treated a lot nicer… Anybody that wants to check behind me, including the owner reading this post the great Tusk IR is completely damaged and you’re trying to sell it for top dollar shame on you.

I found this place while doing some work in the area and it was not a disappointment. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They had a decent collection for different cars games and RPG etc. I played in their casual commander night and had a blast. The players were very friendly and fun. The whole environment was fantastic. Now every time I work up here I'll be stopping in.
