Super fun, way better than online shopping! :) Great staff, great store.

Bought a controller for my kid who needed a new one. They are autistic and have sensory issues. Right after we walked out they realized it has a texture on it due to a picture changing effect and will not use it as the texture hurts their brain for sensory issues. There's a sample on the front of the box. Walked directly back in 30 seconds later to return it. But the person behind the counter instantly said he wouldn't take the return because the top was open. Don't buy any gifts or anything for other people at GameStop if they have any issues they won't accept returns. Any other big store takes returns with barely even checking if things are in the box. Going to avoid GameStop now

Justin went out of his way to ancer all my questions and I had a lot and he helped me out so much I highly recommend this store when he is working he cares about the customer more then any other employee that I have came across there at this game stop if he's working you will most definitely be treated with dignity and Devine respect if I could I would give 100 stars for him very knowledgeable thanks Justin you will definitely be seeing me again and I will continue to buy from this GameStop when your working thanks buddy

This store is why I let my pro membership expire, a friend of mine and myself play yugioh and about 5-6 years ago there were 2 structure decks that were released and in the game of yugioh you're allowed to have 1-3 copies of each card in your deck and typically structure decks only contain 1 copy of each important card so I wanted to play what's called a budget build of these decks with my friend. So I had another friend buy 3 copies of each deck (long story). The friend I intended on doing the budget builds with was leaving the Country to be stationed in Germany for 3 years. So the plan was sometime about 3 weeks after these decks released to stores (and when game stop was supposed to get them) we were going to grab some drinks build the budget build and play the game... That did not happen. My friend who bought the decks for me went there once a week asking about them and the cashiers even laughed a little when they said they haven't gotten them yet we saw other places had them admittedly I should've had him cancel the order and we could just buy the decks from somewhere else... but as adult lives go, we got busy and suddenly it was time for my friend to deploy, and we never got to play the decks until now. My friend is back in the country and finally moved back home and we actually played the decks a couple days ago which is what prompted this review. I apologized to my friend (who bought the decks) because it was almost like they were mocking him cause they thought he was a scalper, But I will never hold a pro membership again. Side note these decks are/were worth NOTHING and I knew they weren't going to be so it shows what these guys know about the stuff they were selling

Gamestop is a great place to get all of your Video games and consoles. As well as different types of merchandise from your favorite video games anime and cartoons. The atmosphere was great in the store, and the Employee that was working that day was super nice and helpful. The Employee always helped in finding things that I ask for and answered all my item related questions.
