GameStop - 966 - Festival at Bel Air

i come to get a ps5. They don’t have a key. They decide to get on the phone, tell me to wait, and they call someone only to say “hey we don’t have the key to get the systems out like i told you TWO WEEKS AGO”……. he finds out the answer, the proceeds to say “hey while i got you on the phone…” and proceed to just talk about OTHER THINGS while i’m standing there waiting on the answer. couple minutes go by and they are still talking. i’m still waiting on him to say “yes” or “no”….

Today’s release of the new Pokémon cards and nobody else has them except this store. You go anywhere else to find that’s the scalper people have bought them all. But they are charging double for the same Pokémon cards everywhere else is selling for $18. Super poor taste, it sucks enough that scalper scoop them up from all the other stores only to find out that the retailer is going to do the same to you

The customer service there is horrible. I waited at the register for about five minutes. There were 2 employees there but they ignored me and fiddled with stuff. After I finally got their attention the guy came off rude and arrogant. He said "What do you want" in a rude manner, as if I was bothering him. I will never come to this location again.

Steve that works at Festival in bel Air was wonderful. We called about an issue we had with a new product for my 6 YO and he knew who we were when we walked in. He was kind, outgoing, and very helpful. Definitely the best experience we have had at this store thus far. Thank you Steve!

I love it. No cap 100% no problem here at all, i saw lots of things that caught my eye (mostly bnha) and i love it!
