GameStop - 953 - Columbus Park

Love the employees here but the pokemon card price gouging is insane. I used to love coming to this place, staying up in the mornings before a release and getting the new cards. But ever since they started going by msp and stopped selling them for the same prices as walmart and target it hasnt been worth it.

The employees at this location try and are honest which is all you can ask. But Gamestop itself is horrible. Do not purchase anything new for in store pickup. Inventory system does not track whats in stock vs what's already pre ordered by someone else. So once you pay and get to the store they have to cancel your order which takes their processors 10 days on average to return funds. How a multi million dollar company that offers in store pick up dosent have an inventory tracker astounds me.

Yesterday I had such a fun experience with my friends. We we were opening Pokémon cards and we were just getting lucky and the employee that was there at the time was amazing. it was an overall great experience and memories that would last forever.

This store is a joke a had a practically pristine phone that I wanted to trade in and the guy for some odd reason acts as though it has a disease. Looks it over and literally sees a cosmetic scratch on the device and proceeds to say they will Ding you for this mark. I looked him square in the eye and laughed and said "You're kidding right the phone is in emaculant shape screen protector, lens protector and a case" he then said yeah but they will Ding us for that. I slowly grabbed my phone from his hands and said I know about 3 other locations that'll take it no problem, I was just in the area. Plus the guy really has no clue how to do his job real great hitting it outta the ball park Gamestop. No wonder this company is crashing and closing stores. Won't come here again.

This sign says clearance only $5 all clearance funko pops. Normally people would ask where they are and not assume all pops are clearance. If you are unsure which ones are clearance it’s always best to ask before hand.
