Neo was incredibly kind and helpful in helping me find games that fit into the present sale going on. He made the experience at this store a very pleasant one.

Trading in something very nice and them only offering you 30% the worth of the item just for them to throw it up on the shelf for 200 bucks is insanity. I understand that they have to make money too but that’s just insulting at that point.

They have always been helpful and have always had what I'm looking for. Rarely is it a quick in and out because I do have to wait. But while waiting I've noticed it's only because of the exceptional customer service of which I'm exceptionally grateful for.

Went in a few times and had a decent time but had asked if the workers could put some plushies on hold whenever they get them since I only needed two to finish the set. The workers seemed nice but then I never got the call whenever the plushies were in stock and have kinda been brushed off ever since. Tried to call about them recently but was blatantly shut down saying they “never took my number or information” or even knew what I was talking about when me and my husband watched the guy that rang us up when we had asked to take our number down, take our number down back in DECEMBER. I’m pretty disappointed with how blatantly they brush off customers and bribe customers into a pro membership every time, I get it company standard but like it doesn’t make sense.

I play mobile games as well as consoles. I had questions about the controllers that fit a phone. To my surprise they had answers to my questions. Seems like the staff are gamers which makes a difference. They have valuable information that I can relate to. Some of the items are well in the box. It's hard to see what's all inside. Luckily for me I didn't have to buy an item to see what's in the box. I almost bought a controller but was told there are no additional buttons in the back. They are items that are used, if your in a pinch buying a used item might just be a better option.
