Natasha and Jay saved our night. Drove 20 mins from the santan village store after the Associate Iris told us that the trade in promotion ended at 6 and waiting in line behind another person doing a large trade for about 45mins (we truly believe they just couldn'tbe bothered). Jay got us taken care of though at 7:40 and we managed to trade in 4 stick drift controllers for the value of a brand new one (under the promotion). Additionally Natasha the store manager was actively helping out, conversing and making the customers feel seen and even caring about our experience with the other store. Theres not many places where both the management and the staff are pleasant but this gamestop truly had the best attitude. They made it feel less like a corporate conglomerate and more like a game store where connections and the people matter. Thankyou guys!!

I come here like 3 times a week for cards and see the same guy and girl working and they are always very nice and helpful! Idk why some people gave 1 star….weird Karen energy.

Walked in and walked right out. Came here since I had just bought a new Xbox and wanted to see what games were available so I can really test out the system. When I came in, there’s only one person working the store and he sees me, I see him but he goes on and helps the guest in front of him. No biggie I thought he’s helping this guy out, I’ll get his assistance when he’s done. So I thought! I start looking around waiting my turn and a few moments later, another customer walks in. Mind you like I said there’s one person working the store and he was still talking to the same guest but this customer gets a “Hi welcome in” immediately a red flag goes off. As he finishes up with the first customer the worker then asks the guy who just came in if he can help him with anything. I immediately started to leave. If you can’t treat your customers equally, why would I want to spend my money with you? I was never acknowledged and I was still in this guys line of sight so he literally has no excuse. I get better service at WalMart and we know the rep WM has with customer service.

Today I got help from Jay, who helped me find the one-off item in the store that the inventory showed was there. Then, when I didn't have the proper GameStop card, easily brought it up and helped find my account. Thank you, Jay!
