I went on Saturday to trade in 2 Xbox’s and to buy a new Xbox one S! Amazing service!!! It was super busy but they still were able to juggle it all. Josh was the one who helped me and he was very nice and had amazing customer service! Gave me a great deal on my 2 original 2014 Xbox ones that I brought in. I was expecting to get maximum $30 for the two of them but I ended up getting way more for them! I will definitely be visiting again!

Shipped me yet another busted PS5 Pro. Second time, and because it's an online order I can't return it in the store and have to make my way across town AGAIN to ship it back. Bought all my game systems from GameStop, but never again.

Go to gamexpress they low ball here! Your met with attitude and objections here. What is completely ironic is I bought a switch 6 months ago and went to trade it in they claimed it was damaged. You’re a failing brand and I will never come back!
