The team is absolutely amazing. Answer questions with no eye rolls, like other places do. Easy going, great personality, good people.

Sold me a remote that didn’t match the picture then when I got it it wouldn’t power on, then they wouldn’t accept the return because it didn’t match the picture. Mike the manager then told me to call customer service and wrote down a number to nowhere. Massive rip off. Terrible handling.

It's still around and thats cool. I tried to get a game for my daughter and called, they had some but I didnt ask them to hold it so when I got to the store there was about 6 people waiting... The last 2 of the game were sold right in front of us. It sucks but thats the gamestop we play...

I enjoy every other GameStop than this one. It’s specifically because every time I come for a specific used game or retro game; MIKE tells me that it’s not at the store. Today was my birthday and I purchased nearly $70 of used games in the morning and wasn’t reminded that I had $5 off. I checked later because I had spare time before birthday plans and the Burbank GameStop I showed up at told me that The Plant GameStop has 2 games that I specifically asked for in the morning. I felt lied too then came to the conclusion that since it was the same person MIKE, then he was probably too lazy, wanted to upsell me on something else or did not care at all because I was looking for an old game. All in all, I don’t believe that gentleman Mike should be training anyone like he was today; because after all my travels to 3 gamestops in a day made me realize I can do a better job working there than him.

Dude legit said my ID was expired and I had to correct him then tried to put the insurance charge on the game without asking me until I said something about it
