GameStop - 788 - Plaza at Chapel Hills

Went there and traded in items asked for a 100 Xbox gift card the lady messed up and gave me a 70 Dollor pre payed card they have sent me on a goose chase telling me the manger would be there the next day then I would go and he was never there it’s now been a week and I’ve been told they can’t do anything now

My home store is in Macedonia, but I do frequent others in my area, but first time at this store. Well I swung by my store while I was out and about and the boys had a nice deal going on. Buy 4 for $20 on PS4 games ($9.99 and lower.) I was able to get 3 that I wanted, but only 1 had original case, 4th game didn't care for. My goal is to have the original case and/or special case... not a sleeve or generic case. Checked online and Cuyahoga Falls had what I was looking for, so I took a chance and made the trip. It was a gamble because I didn't call first to verify cases, but boy was I tickled pink. They had everything and more and I even swapped out the game I didn't want from the original deal and got something better. Nick helped me out, made things very easy, got all my cases in order and even bought an extra game. They had another 4 or 5 at that location I wanted, but maybe another day when that particular deal is in effect.

Wow when two managers tell you they're just glorified keyholders, and that they can't do anything they really mean it. Gamestop so disappointed. Went in yesterday to purchase a game. They couldn't find the disk. Turns out they have no upkeep in the store. They called me today, said they found the disk. So I went in to purchase it again, and they raised the price by $10. Literally the manager ripped the old tag off in front of me and put a new tag on it for $10 more Straight shifty. They only have 1 number to call and they cannot and will not help you. Shame on yall. Do better

No one greeted me, there was maybe 1 person visibly working. He was already with a customer. The store smelled like 1,000 unwashed armpits it was disgusting. I waited about 5-10 minutes for an associate/ browsing for what I wanted. Its hard to tell if they only had used consoles or if they had new stock in back. Online said they had what I was looking for but its not like they had any products out for view other than some toys and games. In this case I feel like you are better off to go to best buy or shop online.

Traded in my old PS4 for a new Switch Lite. Employee was nice informing me on warranty info and not haggling me to join the power up rewards or anything. Easy in out in less than 5 minutes the way it should be.
