Every time I buy a video game system, there's something wrong with it i'm going to trading values or rip-offs period and as if you could even get through the door when there're open because it seems they're always out to lunch at all different hrs and I notice because they live close to there. So i'm there quite often that is, if I could get in..

Horrible customer service by Elisandro! Incredibly dismissive and disrespectful! I was trying to complete a trade in and he told the associate to take other people without even acknowledging myself (the client). It’s a very simple concept to ask a client to politely wait as trade ins take time so they can ring out other clients first. Instead when I asked his name and advised him I would like my stuff and brought to his attention my concern he just advised it’s a busy season without even as much as an apology. This is unacceptable in any type of hospitality business

Horrible customer service, will never return. Told my son a game he wanted wasn't there despite claiming had in stock and had game case there that was for the game.

I’d like to email you to voice my displeasure with the recent Shiny Pokemon code event. I think that it was utterly ridiculous to limit the codes for your customers. There’s no reason for that, especially due to the fact that other Shiny Pokemon events have been available in game (unlimited). I’ve had terrible experiences with GameStop and Pokemon products. Poor customer service and unable to attain cards…and now codes. Now these shiny Pokemon codes are being scalped online $20-$40 in some cases. NO WAY am I going to pay these idiots for what should be a free code. This is completely unethical and unfair to the true Pokemon fans. My local store in Wilkes-Barre PA ran out of the codes ON THE FIRST DAY. I have responsibilities and a busy schedule! I can’t just drop what I’m doing to go and get these codes over other priorities.
