GameStop - 7814 - Forest Crossing

Garbage. Ordered an item for same day pickup. Received confirmation email & order number. A couple hours later, I received an email saying my order was cancelled that the store couldn't hold it any longer. Like huh!? Called the store numerous times.... No answer..... Can't reply to the email and of course, no one reached out to me.

Don’t shop here. They sold me a defective switch and would not return because of their crappy return process policy for 15 days. 30 days though if you’re a pro member!! Wasted money, if you’re going to buy consoles head to bigger places such as Walmart and Target. They were quick and pushy to sell all their services, accessories, and make a quick sale. Yet they can’t assist because I’m two days out of policy. I was traveling hence why I couldn’t make it back in time. Quick to make a sell but also quick to shoo you away. Wouldn’t be the first time this store didn’t really care for defective products. Extremely disappointing.

Workers are amazing! Riley was a huge help with getting us our games and was incredibly friendly and funny!

I went in today to trade in a console and get a new one. I believe the person who helped me was named Harper. Customer service was 12/10! He helped me set up my new console and transfer things over. Definitely went above and beyond. I had a great experience and will be back!

Customer service isn’t there. Too bad the good one closed down. Drove 20 minutes to get a card graded but they weren’t willing to because someone was using it in the back. I’ll just send in myself and cancel my membership.
