GameStop screwed themselves when they started to overcharge on every single pokemon product and really any card product they carry. I’ll never purchase from GameStop, this company will definitely go down in the dumps sooner or later. People are not going to pay those prices lmaoooo. Delusional GameStop delusional.

Engages in SCALPING! Shortly after a new game came out they tried to charge me more for a used one than a new one. SHOULD BE ILLEGAL!

Ask for a pack of cards they were receiving in and told it wasn't in yet. OK fine, but literally after asking they take the packs and give them to another customer so he can get them while they receive them in. Total bs. Game stop has become crap

Employees need to be retrained on customer service and understanding of their policies. Always blaming the prior shift on mistakes that are brought up and give attitude on top of the transaction. They blame GameStop as a whole for discrepancies they don’t have answers to. But excellent customer service when the owner is around. The younger employees have an upmost respect that I’ve noticed with my experience with this particular GameStop.

SHOP AT OWN RISK AND EXPECT DISHONESTY. I purchased an Xbox and the new Madden game for my nephew for Christmas explicitly explaining that the gifts were for the same person and that I needed the video game specifically for the Xbox I was purchasing. I am not much of a gamer myself and did not know the Xbox had no disc drive. The sales associate ensured me I had the correct version/game and I even purchased a protection plan for the game. While trying to set up my nephews new Xbox on Christmas I noticed the Xbox and the game they sold me were incompatible. The Copperas Cove location where I made the purchase refused to give any kind of a refund saying there was nothing they could do and suggested I try to sell it on marketplace to recuperate some of the money. Even though the associate lied to me when purchasing, I ultimately was the one out over $80. Never shopping here again.
