Super helpful folks holding down the fort at GameStop. Thanks for the conversations and suggestions. Best Game Stop store in the area.

Done with gamescalp. Wouldn’t even send graded cards away despite it being before the PSA deadline. They gave up on games and went full into TCG but completely missed the mark. Cant buy cards. Cant grade cards. They stopped caring about customers a long time ago.

Waited over minutes. People in front were trading up to 1000$. Set appointments. Literally my purchase was no trade and bring to buy to counter. Learn to prioritize buying customers.

First off, the employees are great. This review is not based on them, but rather on GameStop as a company. Gamestop used to be a place for treasure hunters and gamers. As a kid, going into a Gamestop was a peak experience. Now that I'm old enough to have my own money to spend, it's clear that they don't care about customer satisfaction and the priority is milking as much money as possible from gamers. They used to add on $20/30 to the price of their products. Annoying, but understandable. Business's need to make money. This week, I went in for the new release of a $50 item and they were selling them for $100. They said it's based off of secondary market prices, but I'm also aware of items that are $140 on the secondary market that GameStop sells for $200. They'll increase their prices, but never decrease them. There's no rhyme or reason, just greed and that's really sad. These prices aren't worth it to me. I'll have to take my business elsewhere or ultimately find a new hobby. It really sucks that a company gets to decide a hobby's entry price. GameStop no longer provides a service to it's customers, now it's just preying on them. Truly disgusting to witness from a place I once loved and enjoyed.

We are new go to the gaming world with two boys. One son likes one kind of games while the other different games. Here’s where Keith comes in. Keith at GameStop is a giant wealth of knowledge on so many gaming products and subjects. He’s a goldmine! His customer service is amazing as well. Keith, thank you for restoring my faith in retail stores! You are awesome my man!
