The young man that helped me last week went above and beyond for me. He was so informative and his knowledge of games was amazing. Thank you, Wyatt. I will be back

Worst experience I ever had. Was told by the manager 3 days in a row I stopped by leasing up to 05/01 topps chrome mega boxes release. Everytime he said we will have them come on 05/01. My girlfriend & I took off work that morning to be first at the store at 10 am. For them to say all are reserved, false advertising. Also says in store exclusive only on there website just lies.

Don was amazing! He answered all my questions, gave me some recommendations, and even put my screen protector on for me. Very patient and kind. Thank you, Don. I appreciate your time, patience and kindness!

The young man with the long dirty blonde hair was so sweet and gave me exceptional customer service. Went out of his way to kindly ask if I needed help and did so. He seemed like he was the only employee there too and a lot of customers were in and out! Props to that guy!!

Store its self could be organized better. But chefs kiss on finding Sanrio. Especially Cinnamoroll 🛐🙂↕️ Don was very nice and helpful
