GameStop - 7737 - West Manchester Mall

This review is for the company as a whole not this particular location. Their customer service online is horrible. They are of no help. Had issues applying my reward coupons to an order and they could not help me. Then I find out they have stopped allowing pro membership discounts on Topps products. That’s the whole reason I go to game stop so I definitely will not be renewing my membership. As a whole this company sucks. No accountability for their horrible website. Can never get anyone the phone. I am no longer a GameStop customer!

Manager Randal McCarthy and his crew are AWESOME! They were able to explain everything to me in detail so I knew exactly what I was buying. Very respectful and courteous! Will definitely be doing business with them in the future!! Thanks guys ❤️

Went to purchase a PS2 that was priced at 129$. Went to checkout and it rang up to 168$. I told the employee it’s priced at 129$ on there pre-owned display and website. He said that price isn’t accurate and they will NOT price match it due to there mistake. I haven’t been inside a GameStop in 10+ years nice to know I won’t come back. I ended up leaving without the console and ended up finding a ps2 on Facebook marketplace for 60$.

I traded in a PS4 and Xbox One after I removed my information from them (who would leave their account info on something for someone else to use?). The employee told me they are not supposed to take them if the info is wiped out, for their purpose of checking to console works correctly. They would wipe the consoles themselves. I purchased a pre-owned Xbox S/X for my son, and when he hooked it up, it still had the previous owners information on it. Gamestop does not follow through on wiping out your info like they claim.

Randall is absolutely incredible! He was extremely patient with me while I made a huge purchase and sold a significant amount of games. He was not pushy whatsoever which in turn made me spend more money than I was originally going to. He was an extremely good salesman and a wonderful person to talk to. I highly recommend this store.
