GameStop - 7605 - Riverdale

Went in to pre-order some funkos and though I'd rather say otherwise about my experience I'm going to be 100% honest, Daphne was pretty unpleasant to interact with. She became more and more exasperated when I explained what I wanted (the first thing I said when I came up to the counter was that I wanted to pre-order funkos) and talked to me like I was stupid. The interaction was under 5 minutes so becoming exasperated from minute one is a bit concerning. As someone who's worked retail management for 10+ years I know that some customer interactions can be difficult to navigate but this shouldn't have been one of them. I hope she's just having an off day and that this isn't usual behavior, but I kind of don't want to come back to this location because of this. Everyone else was pleasant enough though I'm a bit disappointed the manager didn't use this as a potential teaching moment. I know retail can be extremely difficult but being unkind to the customers who want to be friendly isn't the way to make it easier.

I waited an hour and called back and they said wait for a moment for 3 hours and called back she cussed me and and hung up worst service ever never i mean ever go here

Great customer service and an excellent selection of product.

Absolutely worst customer service someone can get. From employees lying about what your purchasing. To being told there's nothing they can do after lying. Best part of this customer service is your basic employee refusing to call a manager to get further assistance on trying to make things right. The lack of humility these people show it's crazy thinking they have jobs in customer service.

This GameStop location has always been really helpful and great to visit! I wanted to shout out Megan at this location. She informed me that there was a shipping delay in a bonus pre order item for the game I went in to pick up. I picked up my preordered game and a couple of hours later Megan provided me a curtesy call and let me know the bonus item had arrived and that she’d hold one for me since I had visited the store earlier. Always really great service here!
