My switch 2 decided not to charge. Thank god for their warranty. I was very pleased with how we were able to do the exchange. They were very nice and helpful.

“Manager” of the store is nothing but. He was rude to both his employees (one that was in training) and like one reviewer said before, tried to push to “membership “ on us. (We were there to sell our ps5 & ps4). We left very turned off by the whole interaction. Whatever happened to normal customer service skills?!?

Shawn & Nick went above and beyond for me today with my trade ins and also assisting me with purchasing a new OLED Switch! Great team, great energy, chill atmosphere.. Shawn also went above and beyond assisting me with transferring all of my saved data over to the new console before factory resetting the old console! All and all 10/10 experience.

I’m unable to give this location a 5‑star rating because of a recent interaction with an older employee whose comment toward me was uncalled for. That said, Kasera was excellent and truly deserves 5 stars for her service. For future visits, I’ll be going to the Racine location instead.

I'm not the type to usually write reviews but the interaction/sale with the store manager Nick compelled me to do so. Came in looking to sell a switch and a ps4. First employee was friendly, a guy with a mask whom I didn't catch the name of. He had to turn over the transaction to his manager Nick when another customer came up, no problem at all. Nick made a comment to him along the lines of "I guess you've never done this before" to the employee, must've been moving too slow for his liking. Ironically it took even longer for Nick to process the transaction, maybe having us in the store for a total of 30 minutes altogether. When Nick tried to push the membership thing on me I politely said no, he urged me to claiming it was essentially free with the extra credit I would get during the transaction. I didn't want to deal with all the emails and points stuff so again I said no. His attitude and demeanor immediately changed from semi-awkward nice guy to intentionally being short and a little rude. Guess his store's numbers are down. Everyone has rough interactions from time to time but maybe others share my sentiment.
