GameStop - 7527 - Shops at Overland

I went to return my daughters xbox series s and the guy refused to refund all my money because he screwed up and put it on store credit. He then told me to call Corporate. He is the manager there. The guy with the long hair and Kirby shirt was awesome and tried to help me then the manager refused to give me my money back. Very unprofessional.

I had a very positive interaction today with a new employee named Orion. Normally I hate coming into the store and avoid it, but gave it a chance tonight. He was really nice and did not grill me about wanting pokemon cards for my kids. It was a nice change of pace.

Joe at GameStop made my trade-in experience smooth and hassle-free. He was professional, efficient, and clearly knew what he was doing. The whole process of trading in my Nintendo Switch was quick, straightforward, and without any issues. Solid customer service—definitely appreciated.

Went in for stick drift controller trade in event. The ad online states “Trade your stick drift controller in for the same credit as a working one.” In fine print it says “Product condition and trade value are determined at GameStop's discretion.” I only got $10. Which I mean is fine I guess, I wasn’t using it anymore anyways. Just feel like the whole event was kinda a scam. Zander (employee) helped me and he was cool tho so I guess you get 2 stars for that. Do better though GameStop. 👎🏽

My husband is an avid collector of Transformers. And lately, we have been making a majority of our purchases at GameStop to add to his collection. We have been in a handful of times and every time we come in, the staff had always been great! James helped us out today and he was so nice. I appreciate that that have a fun selection of everything. Hello Kitty, Pikachu, Lilo and Stitch just to name a few. I am a big collector of Hello Kitty so it's been great coming in finding a few fun things. We live clear across town and this is the location my husband likes to frequent. They have a great selection of merch. The staff is great here. Looking forward to coming back and seeing what new goodies they have.
