Marc was excellent ! He was patient and kind with each interaction he had even while overwhelmed with a busy store and me and my son trading in a bunch of games. Great example of customer service !

A family member of mine, visited GameStop a few weeks back to trade in two Xbox’s. The staff offered my family member either $86 in cash or $160 in store credit. (the devices were tested at this GameStop, and the video feed from each HDMI port, displayed perfectly). After a phone call with my family member, we decided to see other options beforehand to see if we could find a better price elsewhere. From the time that the Xbox’s left to the store to landing in my hands to test myself, I noticed that the HDMI port was broken on one of them, and the other Xbox’s HDMI port didn’t even display anything. We visited the store a second time yet they had an issue with the displays, they could not offer anything at the time, but they could send in a ticket (which took time, and as well as staff stating: “ I’ve never done this before”, which makes things reassuring, of course..). I would be cautious visiting this GameStop as there’s a possibility, that they could be mangling/handling HDMI ports or other ports in malicious ways, causing any trade-in or transaction to be invalid. - do not do trade-ins at this location - be watchful of your devices in the hands of the staff. We will not be coming here again.

I went in today to pick up an online order that clearly they had in stock. The cashier asked what I was here for and had attitude right of the back like he didn’t want to be there. I bought 2 packs of MLB cards that clearly said they had online and would email when ready to pickup. I went to the store and the cashier asked guy with long hair and glasses was just rudely saying we don’t have it in stock. I said how you don’t have it in stock when it just let me cash out for two boxes online? He don’t have an answer and said it would refund. Then I said just give me the other box you have in stock and said clearly you don’t understand that you have to rebuy the box again ? So not only did they charge my card he wanted me to double pay for an item I already payed for? Idk if he was just lazy and didn’t want to do his job but don’t sign up for a gig that you can’t handle. He didn’t even bother to assure me my oatment would get refunded or anything. GameStop do better please.

Hardly ever write reviews. I bought something online for pickup. No email, no phone call, looks like they sold it without knowing. Met with an insane amount of disrespect from the manager and some guy named Kyle. Basically blamed it on me. Immediately was incredibly dismissive. Then the manager proceeded to shout to the colleague about someone stealing something and how she’s going to ruin them and do all kinds of heinous stuff and then stormed in the back. I double checked on the refund and the guy just kept saying his name was Kyle whenever I mentioned I spoke to someone before. I know GameStop is going under and this is definitely why. Absolutely horrid store, horrid people working there. Absolutely horrid.
