I go here and they have the best customer service but I wish they have PC games.

I asked for a all white controller ps5 got home opened it was not all white the girl even gave me that controller when I said all white I called she said oh it’s pearl has a rainbow shine i sadly don’t want a rainbow shine controller not my style I said all white now I can’t return unless I want it to be used and get nothing for it for store credit what’s a scam what a hoax GameStop continues to rob customers false advertise and then a sales representative fails to give the right product the consumer is at fault don’t shop here go on Amazon it’s cheaper any ways and the return policy is consumer friendly

Just bought a ps4 slim for my autistic child not even 3 weeks passed and it's not even working any more. They wont let me return it and dont understand that I have an autistic child that just loves to play games 3 weeks in and gamestop just happy they got 200 plus dollars from me and sold me a pre owned ps4 that worked for only three weeks. They are so scammy they didn't even asked to bring it inn so they could see what's wrong with it.. it keeps saying update file with usb.. I'm so upset right now.. after buying from gamestop for the last 17 years this is the first time I got scammed by gamestop they dont care about nothing but our payment....just lost a dedicated coustomer...
