$9 for 1 pack of Pokemon cards is pathetic. You can't even look your customers in the eye when you say that price. That's so sad your pricing out families. I hope you all go bankrupt and phase out. That's why people buy online. You have no one to blame but yourselves.

Instead of letting me test a preowned console and offering to replace the controller they weren’t even supposed to buy i had to travel to two different gamestops half way across town just to get my problem solved wont shop here again.

The staff is great, friendly, and not overly friendly. I liked that a lot. They allowed me to get my games with unnecessary small talk, but with friendly service.

The employees specifically Angel is clueless in the promotions going on. When asked both him and the other employee are lost. No management in site to resolve issues. Disappointed in how this store operates and I would highly recommend a different location if you would like trained and aware employees and present leadership.
