GameStop - 6902 - Hagerstown Shopping Center

I was encouraged to bring a very large amount of defective consoles in. I warned them it was a lot and they said it was fine. Spent the morning loading up my car. Got to the store at noon. Was asked to wait till 1. No problem. At 1, starting bring stuff in. The guy looked at the first console and said they couldnt take any of my stuff because the very first console "Looked a little dirty". Didnt wanna make the drive down to begin with and being told they wouldnt take any of it. Completely wasted my time. Very upset and disappointed here. Will be going out of my way to make the trip to other Gamestops

Basically I sold something so that way I can buy myself a new game the fact that the guy has to use my credit when I politely said I was going to buy it myself cuz I'm the type to buy my own game and support a company the fact that he just threw a temper tantrum because I chose not to use the credits for the games but I'd rather spend my money cuz I'm a polite person I feel very offended that you just yell at a guy who is just trying to be polite yeah I know I'm not going to be shopping in your store anymore.

Many places look like this one, but here I found many games and good stuff I won't change this place for another

Went to look around and had everything I looked at explained to me. I just wanted to look at items I already like and collect.

We went in with four games and left with one we wanted quite a lot. The staff were quite helpful and nice as well yo me and my granddaughter! Best service we've ever had.
