Honestly flabbergasted by the customer service Usually it’s fine I walked in and the 3 of them are all talking about whatever they are talking about and couldn’t be bothered to even acknowledge someone walked into their store. Very uncomfortable experience and the lady with the mask who was the manager was right along with them . Horrible experience I was checking out and the dude checking out was continuing the conversation with them behind him instead. CRAZY . Never been told “yup” after telling them to have a nice day. Need a reality check

I am a soldier in training at JBSA Fort Sam and when getting my weekends off to travel around post, shop, enjoy my free time, I stopped in GameStop, a place of my childhood and one I always love browsing, without knowing anything about me I was greeted very kindly with warm smiles, passionate nerdy conversations, and an atmosphere that took away the feeling of being in training and something to look forward to. On this specific day it was my 2nd or 3rd time in the Gamestop and by now I was a semi familiar face, I was interested in the Magic The Gathering cards they had in stock and after a conversation about nearly all the TCGs out there, I was informed of the new set coming out soon, I was walked through all the items they would be receiving, able to place a down payment on a box of cards and walk away satisfied. This weekend I came back to say hello and was immediately greeted with a warm welcoming smile, a friendly and sporadic wave, as well as questions about how I have been since I was last in the store. Daylin and Foster especially have been very welcoming and very talkative individuals who bring out the whimsical and energetic side of us all in any and every conversation whether it be helpful conversation about merchandise or just a casual conversation between two people living life. They have definitely made my time here at JBSA Fort Sam a lot more fun especially on the weekends after lunch, I highly recommend the store if your looking to be fascinated by some nerd-out conversations or just a genuine human to human connection with these wonderful people at this GameStop location.

One of the employees here was so rude and condescending that I will not shop here nor do I recommend shopping at this location. I'm a gamer and a collector. I went to move a box and was told, "don't touch you might break something. If you need something as first." Please train your staff to do better and be more respectful of other people.

Great experience at this GS. Daylin was excellent. She was patient, kind, and personable while handling a stack of trade-ins for my kids. She took the time to explain everything clearly and never rushed us. Because of her effort, we went home that night with a Switch 2 Mario Kart bundle — and she was still helping us after closing. Truly above-and-beyond exceptional service.

Above and beyond, the best customer service I've received in retail in a decade. The whole staff was helpful, pleasant, and knowledgeable. Sonia initially answered my call with professionalism and care, and Adrian was an immense joy as he helped me and other clients in store. But the cherry on top was Wiz, the manager and one of the most patient and efficient humans I've encountered. My transaction was quite complicated, yet I was not made to feel anything but valued. I'm grateful to this team and got to witness hours of exceptional service to other patrons. Highest marks.
