GameStop - 6787 - Muncie Marketplace

I and my bf tried to get a used ps4 controller so we could game together more. First we went to game stop where they tried to sell us a wired controller for over $50 and unwired for $60+. So we called Dave's and they had unwired controllers for $35. He was even testing them as we walked in to make sure they worked for us. Dave's Video has never done us wrong

Great people with great knowledge of gaming! They let me service dogs in the store without making a deal about it like most other stores. They have helped my collection of Snorlax and Gengar products. I love the parties they have for prerelease as well! The whole team is just awesome when it comes to service. It’s nice to shop somewhere and they already know what you like and make great suggestions. They do also call to remind me of my preorders a day before and just love that because I preorder a lot of games. Especially the “Switch 2” system. The staff also takes interest in what I have going on as well. If I am to sick to come in, they know my mom and lets her pick up my stuff as well. I can’t praise the staff here at GameStop enough! You guys are the greatest and every time I see them they seem very happy to see my family and me…

The staff here are first rate! Every single one of them is a gem. On Switch 2 pre-order day, they were so friendly and patient. One guy brought everyone in line waters and kept us up-to-date on how many consoles they had left. It was actually fun. I always look forward to going there.

Just like to say, Victoria was absolutely wonderful. My son and I came in for Mario game and she couldn’t have been any more nice and helpful. Definitely recommend you make a visit!

Me and my boyfriend are from Fort Wayne but were up in Muncie to get a switch for my birthday on the 15th we decided to stop in and get some games and other things. We absolutely loved how the store was organized and they guy on staff I think his name started with a B and he had longish curly hair but I don’t remember but he was super helpful and nice he made sure we where informed about all warranty into and made sure we left the store satisfied he definitely deserves a pay raise.
