GameStop - 6783 - Kyle Crossing

Alex at this GameStop location kept me on hold for 16 minutes because I called to check on an online order I placed for two boxes of cards. Not only did I wait that amount of time on the phone, but the reason I called was because the last time I placed an online order with this store it was canceled due to “not in stock” - I think it’s too coincidental that the same location, same product, cancels both of my purchases when I placed them and clearly says “in stock”. It won’t let you place the order if the location doesn’t have them. This is the only GameStop in a 50 mile northern radius that this happens with. Shady business. Their excuse? “We don’t know what stock we’re getting. We’re the most popular GameStop in the area so we never know what we’re getting.” That legitimately doesn’t make sense at all. Alex might just be contacting his friends when stock comes in. Be weary! UPDATE: THE ITEM WENT FROM “In Stock” when I called. Down to “Limited Stock” during the 16 minute hold. Checked again 5 minutes after the call, now it’s “Not Available”. Alex definitely is a liar. Confirmed. Do better.

Stopped by to sell some PSA slabs, super fast and easy, great customer service, they had chaos rising in stock, etbs and hangers. Best of all they open at 10am

Recently picked up a psa order and one of the cards didn’t get a grade but was never returned.

Rude experience with the cashier today didn’t explain why we had to buy the pro membership and told me and the person I was with we needed to checkout together. Extremely rude to all customers who were in line and will not be coming back to this location.

Katie literally made my YEAR, I genuinely can’t express how I am so overwhelmed with happiness and excitement! I got the Resident Evil controller holder and I came in 2 days ago asking for it. (I am a huge fan of Resident Evil) The employees that were there had told me that they were in transit but they’re most likely in the storage room. I came back again 2 days later asking for it. Katie went above and beyond and checked for me. I FINALLY GOT IT!!! IM SO HAPPY
