Super friendly staff, lots of neat items aside from video games available. Coloring pages were available for my kids to do while we looked. Seems like a hub for tabletops and card games too!

Found what we was wanting and the employee was very helpful and nice!! We wil go back again for, I know I do some Christmas shopping there!! Good stores

this place best represents what gamestop is supposed to be about. great community, great staff, and nerd culture. the staff are kind and helpful, and i can say this unbiased now since i no longer work here. as a customer, this is the only gamestop i’ll ever shop at.

Poor Communication on Clearance Item Policy I’m writing about a disappointing experience at the Richmond, KY (837 Eastern Bypass) location on 1/8/26. An employee named Tre assisted me with a clearance purchase and explained that if I bought an additional item, I would receive two free items. I selected an Xbox One Backbone from the clearance rack for $79.99 and received two free headset stands. Within 5 minutes of leaving the store, I discovered the Backbone does not work with newer iPhones. I immediately returned to the store with the item unopened, only to be told the purchase was final because it was a clearance item. At no point was I informed that clearance items were non-returnable, nor was there clear signage indicating this. The item is now completely unusable to me due to phone compatibility. Denying a return on an unopened item returned almost immediately especially without prior disclosure is extremely disappointing. Better communication and transparency would go a long way toward improving the customer experience.

I literally cannot say enough good things about this store! I refuse to go to any other store period! Matt the manager is INCREDIBLY kind and knowledgeable, Bug is SOOO sweet, and funny, and knowledgeable, I mean she can make a way when there is no way basically! And Tre is awesome he's hilarious, witty, knowledgeable, patient and super fun to talk to! I know I'm forgetting names of others but they are all incredible and as I said I literally cannot say enough good things about them! Wont shop anywhere else for games and accessories and you shouldn't either! I literally just go in there to chat with them when I have nothing to do, that's how awesome these guys are! Best gamestop in ky!
