Would give zero if I could. The manager with glasses, she was so rude to me when I came to sell my ps5. Labeling it defective when everything on it was fine and smooth. There was a few spots where if I was to spray myself and scrub for 2 mins it would come off and be brand new. They tried to offer me $30 for something they will flip for 3-400. I took it down the road and got 210 for it and they had no problems. This store is a joke and all the lazy employees that work there. Will never return, no wonder GameStop going out of business

Sold me an old ps2 controller, the thing didn't even work and they wanted me to pay for their shitty warranty just to get a new one. "It's free" but it isn't when I have to pay 30 extra dollars for your mishaps, its like they don't even test the shit thats on the shelves, this is why online businesses have been running gamestop out of business.

Will fully scam you with zero care. Traded in an item was never told It was defective and gave less credit when I asked for my item back or the money they refused both. No wonder they going out of business.

Just came out and immediately had to write a review about the AMAZING service we got! Kaelyn (i hope that’s their name, it was the name on my receipt) was so helpful and knowledgeable, they were really patient with us and answered every question we had with a multitude of information that was very useful. We’re Pokémon collectors and have had no luck getting any of the newer packs and Kaelyn assured us that their store not only had packs, but also about the preorders of upcoming packs they will sell soon! Definitely will be back soon and hopefully Kaelyn will be the one to help us again!

Took the monthly trip to Gamestop to use my Pro credit. The new Naruto series 1 packs just dropped. The packaging was superb and I was soo stoked that I HAD to rip a pack. Destiny had the heart of the cards with me on this one was I pulled the man most similar to myself in the series (who taught me to read dirty manga wherever I go).
