GameStop - 6732 - SWM Quarry Bend

This is a game store I have been and will continue to frequent after my first few experiences. This GameStop has the friendliest staff of any local GameStop, they have a super cool manager named Joe, who was willing to stay n’ chat to me after I mistakenly walked in for a trade in after closing time. Coolest thing about this location is they still have their Halo 3 mural up on the East side of the store, which alone qualifies this store as a national monument.

Why do all of your stores make it difficult to exchange items and then you threaten to call the cops on people? Not sure I understand why all game stops have so much hostility. It's very entertaining that you have created a culture around this. May not be your particular store, but it seems like you have a hiring problem and culture problem at all of your stores, probably should fix that.

I received help from a man in a cowboy hat I believe his name was Gunther, he was super nice and helped me get an xbox series s! I'm super happy with the customer service and my purchases today. I definitely will be coming back soon! This location has the sweetest employees and a great selection of products! Thank you Gunther!

I recently visited this GameStop location and had a great experience. The staff here are consistently kind, reasonable, and easy to work with. The atmosphere in the store is welcoming, organized, and has that classic gaming vibe that makes browsing fun. One experience that stood out to me was when I purchased a PlayStation 3. The controller that came with it wasn’t working properly, but the employees handled the situation perfectly. They let me exchange the controller for another one at no cost, and the process was quick and hassle-free. Their customer service really made a positive impression. Overall, this GameStop goes above and beyond, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for games, consoles, or accessories.

Fisrt of all people reading this need to know this experience was rceent in october of 2024, the employees here using HORRIBLE Language & CUSTOMER Service here at this location. I called in to ask about my son's order that was at the store. Melisa or Madelin was absolutely terrible in her performance. She was utterly rude to my son & this behavior will not be tolerated. I will be reaching out to coporate to let rhem know thier employees are badmouthing and sirespecting PAYING CUSTOMERS.
