GameStop - 6712 - Sylva Shops

I had the great displeasure of dealing with GameStops online return service due to a faulty refurbished xbox. Very rude and unhelpful service; do not recommend... I do, however very much recommend the Sylva GameStop! The workers saved and day! I worked with two individuals and I should have gotten their names, but they were so helpful and kind. I will NEVER buy online again. I will definitely buy in-person again. Thanks, Sylva GameStop! Y'all rock!

Wow. The girl working here is very snippy for no reason and will talk down to literally anyone who asks a question. I saw her verbally eviscerate a man just because he asked about specific games and what platforms each would be available on. Half of the shelves are empty and 80% of what's on the floor is marked down items. Looks like no new stock in weeks if not months.

GameStop in Sylva NC is a nice store with friendly and helpful staff. They always keep the place clean and well organized so it is easy to find what you are looking for. I have bought several Blackberries figures from there and they were in great shape and fairly priced. They also have a good selection of games consoles and collectibles to look through. The workers are nice and take the time to answer questions or help you find something specific. Overall GameStop in Sylva NC is a solid spot for gaming and collectibles with good service and a nice setup.

We have been coming to this GameStop location for a while now, as it is the closest location to where we live. Every time we visit (about once a month), there is something new to look at. The workers here are incredibly nice and helpful. Most recently, I went to buy a controller that was priced wrong on the sticker as it was priced lower than some of its other options. Despite the price being wrong, Kitt said that they would honor it. I was honestly very impressed by this. It ended up working out very well since this controller was intended as a gift for my sister's birthday, and it was in her favorite color, so it felt meant to be! This location is pretty large compared to some other GameStops. We will continue coming to this location as long as we live here!

Games, gaming accessories, collectibles and merch. Big selection of games for all types of gaming platforms. Gaming consoles and accessories galore. Have a decent number of Funko Pops figurines. They do get Game Stop exclusive Pops, but the good ones do go fast as they have regular customers. Staff is friendly and helpful; if there is something they don't have in stock, they will check inventory at other stores to see if they can get it.
