I was the First customer in and I was simply doing a trade in. I was the last customer out. He wanted to give an attitude because I was doing a trade in. First he came with an excuse saying he couldn’t do a trade because of the phone not being fully charged. Which I know isn’t true. Then I went to try to do it again and he said he can’t do it because I don’t have the charger cable, which GameStop has never asked for ever.I never have an issue with this location for my trades, I usually deal with will and Amanda and will never had a phone fully charged and they’ve done trade ins just fine.. But Every-time I come in and deal with a gentleman named Dre there is typically always an issue or the system is down for just him? I live 10 mins down the road of this location and I’ll for now on drive to Mary Esther location to go see Ashley and that’s a 40 min drive. What a rude experience.

Amanda is AMAZING! We just stopped by to look for something to rip, and she was super friendly and funny. She informed us about pre-orders and future drops. Big shout-out out to Amanda!

Every time I enter the shop, the employees are always welcoming and create a personal experience. All the employees are incredibly helpful, kind, and make the place a community. I would like to highlight one employee in particular, Alyssa. Awhile back I came into the shop looking for pokemon cards but to no avail; however, Alyssa offered the cards she had on hold for herself. She was incredibly giving and always has a can-do attitude whenever I am in the shop!
